This page says what the site knows about you and what happens to it. The short version: it knows what you type into the contact form, and that never leaves the studio.

What we collect
One thing: what you type into the contact form. That means your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message. It's the only place this site collects personal information.
There are no tracking cookies here. Site analytics are cookieless and anonymous (aggregate page counts, no profiles, no ads).
Why we collect it
To answer you. Your inquiry goes to Rodney's inbox so he can reply about your project. We don't add you to any marketing list and we don't pass your details to anyone else.
Where it lives and for how long
Form messages are delivered by email and kept in the studio inbox for as long as the conversation (and any project that comes from it) needs them. If nothing comes of the inquiry, you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Your rights (POPIA)
Under the Protection of Personal Information Act you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. One email does it, and you won't be sent a form or made to wait.
Send requests to rodney@zenith-creations.co.za. If you're not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
